Private and commercial notices may be posted on the website.

It is prohibited to publish notices that violate the laws of the Republic of Estonia, especially the Advertising Act.

Notices that include any of the following will not be accepted:

• advertising of a bankruptcy trustee;

• advertising of a notary or bailiff;

• advertising of a patent attorney;

• advertising of tobacco products, products intended for tobacco use, items used similarly to tobacco products, or their components;

• advertising of narcotic or psychotropic substances;

• advertising of weapons and ammunition;

• advertising of explosives and pyrotechnic products;

• advertising of gambling;

• advertising of healthcare services;

• advertising of infant formula for babies;

• advertising of pornographic works, or materials that promote violence and cruelty;

• advertising of services aimed at satisfying sexual desire.
   

Additionally prohibited:

• notices inviting participation in financial pyramids (Ponzi schemes);

• predictions and various magical rituals;

• breaches of ethical norms, fraud, or intentional creation of situations that are clearly unpleasant for others;

• job postings without a clear description of duties
  (acceptable examples: “Category C driver,” “welder,” “accountant”;
  vague descriptions such as “work online” are not acceptable);

• spam: posting in inappropriate sections or repeatedly posting the same notice in one or more categories will result in all notices by that user being deleted.
