User Agreement

1. General Provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the use of the website "Info Express" (hereinafter the "Website"), which is owned and operated by OÜ Revelan (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration" or "Info Express").
1.2. By using the Website, you (hereinafter the "User") confirm your full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Website.

2. Purpose of the Agreement and Definitions

2.1. The Administration grants the User the right to publish the following information on the Website (hereinafter referred to as "Content"):
   - Textual data;
   - Photographic materials;
   - Video and audio materials;
   - Links to materials published on third-party websites.

2.2. In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
   - User Content: The content uploaded by the User on the Website;
   - Account: The personalized area created for the User upon registration on the Website.

3. Intellectual Property and Content Usage Rights

3.1. All copyrights and related rights for the original content of the Website (including design, software, the structuring of materials, etc.) belong to the Administration or other rights holders.
3.2. The User confirms that they have all necessary rights for the content they upload and grants the Administration a non-exclusive, free, and perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, and publish such content in connection with the operation of the Website and for the purposes of advertising and promoting the Website.
3.3. When copying or distributing content, the User is obliged to indicate the source and authorship in accordance with applicable law.

4. Processing of Personal Data and Confidentiality

4.1. During registration and the use of the Website, the Administration may collect, store, and process the User's personal data for the purposes of operating the Website, providing services, and improving service quality.
4.2. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR as well as the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
4.3. Detailed information regarding the processing and protection of personal data is set forth in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.
4.4. The User has the right to access, modify, and delete their data, as well as the right to withdraw consent for the processing of personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact the Administration's support service.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

User Rights:

5.1. To search for, receive, and create information on the Website.
5.2. To distribute and copy the published information with the mandatory indication of the source.
5.3. To use the Website’s information for personal non-commercial purposes.

User Obligations:

5.4. To ensure the accuracy and legality of the submitted Content.
5.5. To update the personal data provided during registration in the event of any changes.
5.6. To comply with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Estonia, including regulations on the publication of copyrighted materials, and to refrain from distributing information that promotes extremism, violence, or hate based on nationality, race, religion, or other grounds.
5.7. Not to use the Website for illegal purposes, not to impair its functionality, and not to create multiple accounts for the same individual.
5.8. To notify the Administration of any violations or suspicious activities related to the operation of the Website.

Administration Rights:

5.9. To unilaterally amend the rules for using the Website as provided for in this Agreement.
5.10. To restrict or suspend access to any parts of the Website upon detecting violations, as well as to delete accounts and published Content without providing an explanation.
5.11. To provide required information about the User to authorized bodies in cases prescribed by law.

Administration Obligations:

5.12. To ensure the operational stability of the Website, except in cases where stability is compromised due to force majeure or technical difficulties beyond the Administration’s control.
5.13. To ensure comprehensive protection of User accounts and personal data by implementing the necessary security measures.

6. Liability and Limitations of Liability

6.1. The User shall bear full responsibility for the published Content, ensuring compliance with copyright and all other applicable legal requirements.
6.2. The Administration shall not be liable for:
   - The accuracy and legality of the Content provided by the User or copied from other sources;
   - The failure of the provided services to meet the User’s expectations;
   - The actions of third parties and any consequences resulting from the use of third-party services accessible through the Website.
6.3. The Administration's liability does not extend to cases involving intentional actions or gross negligence, nor does it cover consequences arising from force majeure (such as military actions, emergencies, natural disasters, etc.).
6.4. The Administration does not guarantee that the Content published by the User will be preserved in the event of force majeure.

7. Amendments to the Agreement

7.1. The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally modify or supplement this Agreement.
7.2. In the event of significant amendments, the Administration shall notify Users in an appropriate manner (e.g., via email, Website notifications, or by publishing a notice on the homepage).
7.3. Continued use of the Website after such amendments shall constitute the User’s full acceptance of the new terms.

8. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

8.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
8.2. All disputes arising from the use of the Website or the interpretation of this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Estonia.
8.3. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to reach an agreement through negotiations; if no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to a competent court located at the Administration’s location.
8.4. If applicable, the parties may also employ alternative dispute resolution methods (for example, arbitration).

9. Force Majeure

9.1. Neither party shall be held liable for the failure to perform or the delayed performance of its obligations under this Agreement if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its control (force majeure) that occurred after the conclusion of this Agreement.
9.2. In the event of force majeure, the affected party shall promptly notify the other party and take measures to mitigate the consequences.

10. Other Provisions

10.1. Age Restriction: The Website may only be used by individuals who are at least 18 years old.
10.2. The User agrees not to create accounts in the name of or on behalf of another person, except in cases explicitly provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
10.3. All notifications and messages regarding the performance of this Agreement shall be sent electronically to the contact details provided by the User during registration.
10.4. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. This Agreement enters into force at the moment the User starts using the Website.
11.2. Continued use of the Website constitutes the User’s full acceptance of this Agreement and any amendments made thereto.
