Vacancy: Sales Manager (Scandinavian market)

Candidate selection criteria:
Active sales experience:
initiative and self-confidence,
ability to ask the right questions,
ability to listen to customers, persuasiveness,
ability to guide customers to a purchase by identifying their needs.
The job is suitable for a determined and courageous person.
Proficiency in one of three languages is mandatory: English C2/Finnish at least C1/Swedish at least C1.
Advantage: proficiency in two or more of the required languages.
Job responsibilities:
Calling potential customers (cold calling, effective work with leads).
Aggressive sales;
Working with our CRM system (database).
Preparing business proposals;
Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers;
Following work procedures.
